Question 1: Why does the amps show 0.00A and cannot be adjusted?

1) Make the ammeter pointer higher than the 0A position; 2) Set the charging voltage above 14.0V; 3) If the battery voltage is too low, try to use the charger to repair the battery.

Question 2: Why doesn't the charger work?

The main reason is the charging voltage is too low, at least 14.2-14.5v charging voltage is needed to charge a 12v battery, and 28.6-29v for 24v batteries. You can also set different charging voltages for different types of batteries according to the user's instructions. If the battery voltage is less than 11.8v, you can set voltage to 16.5v(12v), 29.6v(24v) for 5-10 minutes to repair the battery first.
