When an ignition cylinder is worn and beginning to fail, the key may be difficult to turn. Or the cylinder’s internal contacts fail, a warning light may appear on the dash. This aftermarket Ignition switch lock cylinder assembly for 2008-2012 Ford Escape,2009-2011 Ford Focus,2008-2011 Mazda Tribute,2008-2010 Mercury Mariner is designed to match the fit and replace defective key cylinder. The transponder keys require programming with an appropriate tool. Correct chip keys come with this aftermarket ignition lock cylinder.
