The Bosch GOP55-36C2 StarlockMax Oscillating Multi-Tool Kit delivers a new industrial standard in oscillating tool performance, providing the next-generation Starlock 3-D tool-accessory interface. This allows it to take full advantage of the torque generated by its 5.5-amp of power. The Starlock interface has more contact surface area from tool to accessory for best-in-class blade grip and torque transfer, delivering a better cutting, grinding, scraping or sanding experience. It has a top speed of up to 20,000 oscillations per minute, to quickly finish off extreme applications. A variable-speed dial allows the user to set the optimal speed for the task at hand, and Constant Response circuitry maintains the desired speed under load. The GOP55-36 is compatible with all of Bosch's extensive line of Starlock and StarlockPlus accessories, as well as the industrial-grade StarlockMax accessories for extreme-duty applications.

Easy no-touch accessory change
The Bosch GOP55-36 Oscillating Multi-Tool allows operators to quickly change accessories, such as blades, without an additional tool. There are no losable parts, as there are on some competitor tool systems. A pull of the release lever allows the accessory to detach from the tool – no more fumbling with wrenches or touching hot blades. This system also makes it easy to re-position all Starlock accessories in any of 12 positions.

The Bosch GOP55-36 StarlockMax incorporates a new cupped 3-D tool-accessory interface that provides more contact area versus the conventional flat OIS interface. This enhanced grip powers the unsurpassed force transmission from the GOP55-36 to the Starlock accessory to the work surface. This results in an integrated high-torque transfer, a better grip and greater accessory stabilization.
