  • Established in 2005 based in California, specializes in innovative and efficient fuel transfer pumps. High Repeat customer rate of 8% show the excellent performance and durability of our pumps.

  • Batteries may be dead or Sensor is too low and is touching the liquid.

  • When the pump is not being used for long periods of time, take the pump out of the tank, make sure no remaining fuel is in the hose, and wipe it down with a cloth before storing it. Make sure to take the batteries out as they may corrode overtime.

  • If you lift the pump head forcefully instead of twisting the adapter, the adapter ring may come off. In this case, simply twist and remove the detached ring, then reinsert it into the adapter.

  • 1) Elevation of the receiving container / tank is higher than the pump (Try placing the pump higher than the receiving container / pump, let gravity do the work) 2) If batteries are too weak, please replace them with new ones
